8:00am - arrival, check in & U Pick flower cutting session
9:00am - Speaker/educator session 1
10:00am - Speaker/educator session 2
11:00am - Speaker/educator session 3
11:30am - Group discussion/conversation
12:15pm - Group lunch
1:00pm - Flower arranging with the flowers you picked earlier in the day
2:00pm - day ends
